We are working with the City of Rosemount in converting a church in Rosemount into an arts center, and are looking at installing a sound abatement system. Once we have quotes, we will be requesting a Capital grant from the State of Minnesota. I would like to receive from you some advice about how to best bring this building to theater standards and a quote for installation of the system.
