Inquiry (采购产品): Viking mixer wire whip I have a 7qu Viking mixer, the wire whip has broken 3 spokes in the last month. I use the whip for whipped cream, egg whites & custard fillings. I don't abuse my equipment, as I son't like replacing it, or have it be down. I am not happy about this breakingspokes while the mixer is running.
