This old Panasol line ties into the 12" Ballast Line from the Refinery Docks prior to making its way to the Waste Water Treatment Plant. The highest elevation that the piping will be encounter is 35 ft. The length of the piping from the sump tank to the tie in point is approximately 0.25 miles.
