See website for examples. www.duragrit.com The products themselves will be shipped to your facility as parts and will need to be assembled and inventoried, then picked for each order as necessary. Assembly typically consists of mounting a small 1-1.5" wheel or 1/4" dia shaped steel tip to the end of a 1/8" dia steel mandrel, using a supplied screw and washer, then tightening the wheel or tip using DuraGrit supplied jigs. A little Loctite is used to secure the assembly during shipping. Inventoried, assembled tools are then picked as required, to fill orders that will be forwarded via DuraGrit to your company as PDF Invoices, along with Packing Slips. There are two types of packaging styles that will be specified by DuraGrit on each invoice: Style A - For DuraGrit dealer orders - product is placed in clear, snap closure clamshells with printed insert and... Style B - For mail order and some dealer orders - Product in a heat sealed poly bag with either a printed insert inside (for mail orders) or with a stapled header card for hanging in a store (for DuraGrit Dealer orders). All printed materials will be supplied by DuraGrit. Clamshells and where necessary, poly bags, will be supplied by DuraGrit. Most orders are typically shipped in boxes ranging from 7x5x2" to 10x10x10" and weighing from around 1LB to 15LB. Occasionally, overseas dealer orders will result in boxes as large as 14x14x14" and weighing as much as 10LB. Most common mode of shipment, is USPS with tracking# and insurance. Sometimes couriers are used for larger dealer orders. Fulfilled orders will be sent by your company, worldwide but most commonly, to US addresses.
