Inquiry (采购产品): Heat Excanger for P&G The Procter and Gamble Plant in St. Louis needs to acquire a heat exchanger as described below. Please quote a heat exchanger for this service: Chilled Water to Ethylene Glycol/Water Heat Excahnger: Fluid 1: Entering chilled water Temperature is 42 F. Leaving chilled water temperature and flow rate can vary as necessary to meet the required ethylene glycol temperature requirement (Fluid 2, below). Fluid 2: Entering 20% Ethylene glycol / 80% Water (by volume) is to be 56 F Flow rate of 250 gpm Leaving 20% Ethylene glycol / 80% Water (by volume) is to be 46 F Heat Exchanger MAP in the range of 100 psig to 150 psig is desired. MAP of 50 psig would be considered. (Please advise based on availability). Lower pressure drop is always a nice design feature. We can add pumps if necessary due to a higher pressure drop than the existing pumps can provide.. Are there any stock heat exchanges available that can meet this need? We will not be picky about style. Brazed construction if that is quicker. Plate and frame with removable plates would be good, but not required. Quick delivery is the most important aspect.
