One of my sites has a Ballymore ladder, I think its a 12 step that needs new casters and the rubber tips (if that is what you call the round rubber piece that goes on the 2 feet that help stabilize the ladder when you climb up it). The parts that I got off of the parts catalog is SBR 4 for the casters and PT for the rubber tips.
