Some of requirements: Outside diameter (OD) of the tubular is from 300 - 4200mm. Thickness of the tubular is from 10 - 80mm. Maximum length of tubular is 70m. The welding station shall be able to work with this tubular’s length. Welding equipment shall be able to do the following welding processes: - GMAW - SAW - Flux core - Carbon gouging The welding machine can do welding with the Root run, Hot pass, Filling pass, Capping. Out put current ≥ 1,000 A. Out put voltage: 16 – 46 V. Out put current range: 150 – 1,300 A. Welding machine shall have 100% duty cycle at maximum output current.
