Require a 2 roll configuration to set caliper and chill an EVA extrusion to a typical gap setting of .050". EVA will be combined with fabric at nip point. Calender will be run with cooling fluid in both rolls to take heat away from product. Maximum nip pressure will be 1,000 p.l.i. approx. Speed 10 meters per minute.
