Mr. Saleh Farj Authorized Manager Baghdad- Iraq Mobile: +964 790 110 34 79 The required equipments: Boiler 100 ton / h 1- One complete water tube natural circulation D type boiler with bidrums with following specification: - Capacity 100 ton / h - Design pressure 36bar working pressure 31 bars - Super heated steam temp 390 + 10 C? - BFW temp 120 C? - The boiler will work with black oil, fuel oil and natural gas. Black oil specification: - Gravity A.P.I 15.6 Co 8.0 min - Flash point p.m. C o 66 min - Viscosity s.f.s.50 C o 300 max - Pour point C o 26.7 max - Sulphur wt % 4.5 max - Carbon residue 15 max - Water & sediment 2.0 max Fuel Gas specification: - Calorific value (LCU) 11.150 kcal / Nm3 - Pressure at burner inlet 5.000 (mmH2O) 2- The boiler system will include the following Items: - Dual drive FD fans (elect. motor and steam turbine) with forced lubrication system. - Igniters and burner (one burner used gasoline) - Complete starter should be suitable for required fan circuit breaker, Including: vacuum meters (voltmeters & ammeters) Earth fault relay Under voltage relay Motor protection relay Voltage transformers Current Transformers Power Fuse high voltage Control Fuse Auto restart relay in case under voltage less than 4sec. - Complete computerized control system with (PLC) or (DCS) also the vendors must supply the software and programming unit if required. - Supply chemical injection skid with one year chemicals as you're recommended. - Boiler to be supplied with all instrumentation including sight glasses both sides (level indicator) (double level transmitter for steam drum level with recorder) O2, CO2 analyzers flue & fuel gas analyzer also gas density analyzer. - Smoke stacks not less than 35M. 3- Spare parts as following: (boiler spare parts) - Loop with reducer from S.D to W.D (Furnace tube) as built. (Set) - Coil to super heater tube as built - Coil to economizer tube as built - Spare parts for burner consist of (burners, tip of burner, control valve, vent valve, igniters) - Spare part for starter for 2 years power. - 1 set of FD fan bearings - 1 set turbine bearings - 1 set of motor bearings - Complete coupling between motor & FD fan. 4- Training The supplier will cover cost of training for 5 people in the manufacturer country or countries have the same boiler for 2 weeks. 5- - The supplier should supply safety valves, manual valves with standards like (ASME). - The supplier should provide manual for Insulation and explain the method of working. - Supply electrode (welding electrode) for the job remarked with specification according to standard (500kg). - Supply Rolling machine (hydraulic machines) and Expander for tubes in steam drum and Water. Drum and prefer hydraulic type with different type and sizes. - The control system should be DCS or PLC and supply all vendors require. 6- Supplier should complete all civil engineering works (foundation, anchor bolts, sheds, supports, Rooms, platform, stairway) 7- Insulation for whole system (heat exchanger) piping. 8- Origin prefers, Western Europe, Japan and U.S.A.
