Overall size of 30”/32”/33” A-panel and B-panel to be approx. 23.820” x 55.05” ? B-panel will connect to A-panel with screws. Anticipate a total of 18 screws ? When panels are fastened together, it will allow a 735” +/-.009 thick wood core with vinyl laminate to fit in between. ? Visible surfaces of both A-panel and B-panel will be textured to match vinyl laminate being used (sandblast #2). ? Window insert will need to be colored matched to wood core white vinyl laminate. ? A-panel insert to have an exterior perimeter track to allow for a flexible bead for a water seal; flexible bead to be applied by supplier. ? A-panel insert to have an interior perimeter track in upper half for a flexible bead to be applied; flexible bead to be applied by supplier. ? Maximum frame expansion 1/16” for temperatures up to 175°F. ? Maximum frame contraction 1/16” for temperatures down to -25°F. ? Material for vinyl window insert has not been chosen at this time, this will require further discussions with supplier.
