Inquiry (采购产品): Extruded Plastic Channel I am beginning to research manufacturing a product and came across your company on ThomasNet.com The product I am looking for is a channel with approximate measurements of ?” x 1 ?” O.D. and a wall thickness of about 1/16” to 1/8". They would need to be available in lengths up to 84” long. It would need to hold its shape over all dimensions. I am interested in suggestions for materials and am especially interested in any “standard profiles” which may work. I attached a couple files to better illustrate this part. The walls could probably be thinner than 1/8”, but need to be solid enough for the object to resist bending. I am initially looking for a prototype, then possibly thousands of units. Costs are a factor for the prototype, so if you had an existing extruded channel close to this, I would be interested in that. The end product would also require 3-4 simple holes drilled/fabricated into it for mounting onto a wood surface. Please let me know if you need anything else.
