I'm an inventor and I have a proto-type for a gag gift and I would like to submit it for your review in hopes that it can be produced and sent to the market place. Pleasde understand that my proto-type is at start-up level so I'm asking if you are willing to work on a start-up project? All that I have for protection so far is a Non-Disclosure Agreement as I haven't applied for Copyright, TradeMark, or Patent. In your oppinioun should I try to hire a Manufacturing Broker? Would that give me more protection than just a Non-Disclosure Agreement? Could you recomend a Manufacturing Broker? Please keep in mind that this invention could be OFFENSIVE to some individuals and is strictly ment for ADULTS as it is SEXUAL in nature. I do not mean to offend anyone.
