Quote Request Inquiry (采购产品): Quote Request I need a preliminary quote on the following (2) NSK part numbers, or an an equivalent bearing(s), they do not HAVE to be NSK. Need an initial quote qty for each of: 5, 10, 50. The NSK part numbers: 6004 T1X DDU CM E S 6203 T1X DDU CM E S I couldn’t decipher the NSK grease code online so I just describe it further below The first four digits are the size. T1X = polyamide crown cage DDU = double contact seals plain outer ring CM = electric motor clearance E = NSK electric motor noise quality : we need MIL-G-81322E; Aeroshell 22 or Mobil 28 or any other on the 81322 QPL list, but Aeroshell 22 IS PREFERRED S = standard grease fill Other manufacturers or distributors may ask about the “CM” and the “E”, and if needed I could answer their questions should they contact me, about translating those other requirements. We need the bearings assembled in a clean room environment (as if coming straight from a manufacturer, should a distributor do it) and each individually sealed in plastic and boxed, and dated with the assembly or manufacture date. (Technically, Mobil 28 only has a 1 year shelf life, or at least it used to, whereupon after that the base oil was known to be at risk for separating from the base thickener).
