RFQ-Development Premix Loomis Ram Extruder for P1954 Inquiry (采购产品): RFQ-Development Premix Loomis Ram Extruder for P1954 LOOMIS INTERNATIONAL Please find this as introduction, and I hope a string to continued dialog. The intention of this letter is to start the conversations and exchanges to develop the first of what could be several applications. 1. Introduction We believe we have the chance to move an aspect of the business forward by installing an Extruder” into the process string. We have a raw material compounding plant ( NOT RUBBER) ” , then we have a molding plant( several different configuration, types and sizes of presses and applications). There is opportunity to install a Extruder, before the molding/pressing sequence, with the extruder providing the “The Material Blank that goes into the press” Ideally we would like to try this on a used “Extruder”, to prove the process, then move forward from there. ? “Ram” type Extruder The attached Document has some very preliminary, numbers we can speak from. Again this is preliminary document to get us started, we can update as we go forward. 2. General Notes 1. Opportunity to install a Extruder, before the pressing sequence “The material Blank that goes into the press” 2. The BHC raw material compound comes to the press in 35 pound plastic bags from the Compound area to the Press area 3. We would like to charge the Extruder one of two bags at a time, into a charge chute 4.
