Specifically, I need help choosing the best material and manufacturing process for a non metal ski edge. The ski will be assembled at my factory in Salt Lake City. Obviously the edge will be used in cold weather and will have to be very impact resistant to ride in a terrain park. It will need to flex with the ski. However, we can control the stiffness of the ski with the ski materials. So as long as it can flex it does not have to have any specific stiffness.
