Inquiry (采购产品): Plasma waste disposal technology I wrote to Phoenix a few time, but got no reply till now, maybe because of summer vacations. I am asking for a quotation of a turn-key factory to be bulit in Vietnam using plasma technology to turn waste into electricity. The capacity of the would-be factory should be 12 tons per day. It would be appreciated if Phonenix could join in as a co-investor sharing profit or finance provider etc. Other forms of cooperation are welcome. But at this moment Phoenix is kindly requested to give an estimate as to how much such a .
