We will submit your company’s documents for Project Management’s approval as a supplier. You are kindly requested to fill out the attached Vendor Qualification Questionary (VQQ), in the light of the following informations: ? VQQ must be signed and stamped on every page. ? Filling the VQQ as much as possible is important to get the approval for your company. ? The items which left blank should not be drawn or scratched. Items that were not completed or as a company secret can not be shared with third parties shall be filled with (N / A) "Not Applicable". You are kindly requested to provide additional Attachments which are listed in the VQQ Item 15. The attachments which can be provided shall be marked on VQQ as well: ? Product brochures, catalogs, ?
