Inquiry (采购产品): Spray Drying Service Hello sales. We are doing some sourcing for a large medical client of ours looking for a spray drying service. Here are their specifications: We have an aqueous solution of a polymer and want to spray dry it to produce dry, fine particles. The particle size distribution is not firmly set, but will need particles small enough to pass a 100 mesh screen (less than 150 microns, preferably less than 100 microns and probably best at 50 microns). Would like a service capable of drying small (2 liter) to larger (200 liters) batches and preferably capable of moving from lab scale to production scale. It would be best if the service can also receive our solution and then adjust its pH using sodium hydroxide to our specified pH level before drying. Dry particles of this polymer are needed for pilot formulation studies. Please let me know if you can help with this project. Would appreciate an answer within the next few days. Thanks, Tim.
