Inquiry (采购产品): Quote Request Dear Sirs, I require fabrication of a half tone chrome grayscale image defined by an equation with maximum spatial frequency of 360um. The image varies in one dimension only, and there are two orthogonal patterns on the same glass substrate. The process must use black chrome to reduce reflections. The minimum resolution comprising the halftone image shall be 0.5um. The overall image size is approximately 30mm x 18mm. Drawing available. The process may use an E-Beam master and photo-lithographic copies, or may be direct write E-Beam is cost is low enough. Please quote on master fabrication, and/or the mask assembly, consisting of mask on glass substrate cemented to RG850 Schott filter glass. I need pricing in quantities of 10, 100, and 500 pieces.
