At this stage we just need a price FOB your factory for supply of 1 (one) package boiler with the following characteristics: ? Output : 40 tons/hour of steam at 10 bar and 180 deg.C. ? Fuel: syngas with 137Btu/ft3 (from gasifier). Available gas flow from the gasifier : 85,000 ft3/hour giving 11,645,000 Btu/hour ? Heat recovery from the water jacket of the gasifier is 6,100,000 Btu/hour available to pre-heat the boiler feed water. ? Dual fuel burner capability for the use of natural gas from the city line. ? Recommended spare parts for first year, supervision for installation and start up. ?
