W-2 drill rod or equivalent. 3.062 in long There is a flat milled to insert the throttle plate (1" dia. plate). This throttle is attached with 2 screws. The throttle shaft must be drilled and tapped for these screws in the flat; M3X0.5 on 11 mm center. Lever arm - Stamped, flat piece with 3 punched holes. 2 are 2 mm dia. the third hole is rectangular, to fit over the throttle shaft end. Overall blank size 22 mm X 35 mm X 2 mm thick. Shape is roughly triangular. Material: mild steel, plating for corrosion resistance will be required prior to staking on the throttle shaft. Assembly: The lever arm will be staked to the throttle shaft prior to assembly into the throttle body. You may wish to quote this assembly process as well.
