Quote Request Inquiry (采购产品): Quote Request I wish to request a quote on quantities of two (2), four (4), six (6), and eight (8) prototype mild steel cones of 16 gauge C1018, 36" in diameter, approximately 15" in height, with a 1 1/2" hole thru the center point. I would also like to have a quote for production runs of 100 pieces. These cones may be spun, drawn, or cut and rolled, as per respective drawings, above. If rolled, I would like to have a quote with the seam welded, and seam left un-welded. If spun, I would prefer to have the small end be no larger than 6" in diameter on the inside, and the large end to have a minimum 1 1/2", up to around 2", flange, concentric and perpendicular to the longitudinal centerline of the cone. The dimensions, contour profile, radii, and surface finish are not extremely critical; they may be as needed for most economical manufacture. If tooling is available for any similarly dimensioned cone, bucket, or saucer shape, I could likely make use of anything halfway close. **** Hidden Message ***** Larry M.
