We produce custom products to your specifications utilizing high quality raw materials and our extensive array of capable production processes in one facility totaling 896,000 sq. m. Now we are equipped by Top-Notch steel production facility in the world, which includes HX2-20C Electric-Arc furnace, LF-30 refinery, I-F furnace, Remelt-Electroslag furnace, HSS Conticaster, SXP32-500T finish-forging machine, 1300 ton finish-forging machine, 2000 ton quick-forging machines, 2500 ton forging machine, 250 – 650 complex rolling line, continuous annealing furnace, vacuum annealing furnace, 25 tons melting furnace, polishing line, etc. The precision forging line was imported from GEM Co. in Austria. The spectrometers of material components are made in USA, and Swiss, which can quickly analyze material. Moreover, crack inspection instrument, Germany Zeiss2000 microscope, Germany Zeiss2000 Metaloscope, Japanese AkashiHM-114 digital microhardness tester, VMS-1510A Image measuring apparatus, etc equip. M1, M2, M7, M35, M42, M52, W9341, etc high speed steel, and H10, H11, H13, D2, 1.2367, 1.2738, P20, 1.2312, S7, A2, L6, O1, D3, D6, etc tool steel are available. We supply with bars, coils, plate, flat, and square shapes with hot draw and cold draw materials for most of grades. We can also supply customer cut-off length. The bars have black surface, or bright surface finish. All kinds of steels can be made as AISI, SAE, ASME, & ASTM standard. Our capacity is 200,000 tons tool steels per year. 40% of steel is exported to USA, France, Sweden, India, Korean, etc. HSS bars with diameter 2.1 to 200mm (8”) by length from 2m to 5m (16’) are available. The other tool steel can be supplied from 20mm – 300mm (12”) diameter. Square, flat and steel plates are available too. Some famous tool steel mills in USA buy steels from us, and most of cutting tool manufacturers in the world buy drill blanks, reamer blanks, tap blanks from us.
