Inquiry (采购产品): Your Sign Business 3/25/10 BAd Bad Bad!!! These people just don’t get it!! I ordered a sign from SpinSign.com. The cost was $24. I paid $50 to have it delivered 2nd day air. They waited a day and a half before processing the order. When I called to ask, the owner said “well, this is just a side business for me. The costs me $12 to make, if I was to refund the shipping cost I would lose money. I understand your frustration but what can I do?” What a flippin’ tool this guy was. He claims he gets $30K a year from the sign business. Hah, with his customer service skills he probably gets about $300 a year.
