The specification, quantity and cooperation purpose will be sent to you by fax. If you are willing to accept those after receiving the fax, please account the cost carefully and send the lowest price to us by fax for our early decision. (1). After signing the contract with us, the manufacturer should begin to produce some samples. With the mutual agreement on the quality of goods, the samples will be stored up for later purpose and mass production will be started. (3). Package: The buyer will provide the wrapper. The seller can also fulfill that duty instead of seller. The seller will be responsible for encasing. (4). Acceptance check: The inspection of goods will strictly follow the standard of samples and blueprint. The checking place will be in your storehouse. Acceptance quality level should be above 96%. (5). Manufacturing time: After receiving our advance payment and storing samples, the goods production has to be finished within 10 months. (6). Transportation: We have two choices, picking up the goods by ourselves in your factory or granting the goods through the term of FOB, in which export inspection, declaration and other procedures and expense will be our duty. (7). Settlement: After signing the contract, the buyer will pay 30% of the total money as advance payment. The later transaction will adopt the way of granting goods by paying at sight. The advance payment will be deducted for balance in the last transaction: The term of payment should be L/C or T/T. (8). To other matters not mentioned, we will discuss with you after meeting.
