Inquiry (采购产品): thermostat malfunction Sirs: I own two propane gas heaters, one an Empire, the other a Williams. Both came with identical Columbus millivolt thermostats, and both of these thermostats are malfunctioning in the same way: The action of the temperature adjustment lever is very stiff and jerky. It is not possible to make a smooth, accurate adjustment. Both heaters and their thermostats are less than a year old. Is there a factory bulletin about this defect, or a correction which I can make in the field?
