FOB: Destination PURCHASE REQUEST NUMBER: W33DL300400035 NET AMT 0002 Delivery Charges $__________ SALIENT CHARACTERISTIC FOR HYSTER YARD MASTER 2 Requirements for the purchase of a new or used, Hyster Yard Master 2, Container Reach Stacker, Model Number HR45/31 or Equal. 1. Reach type container stacker with telescoping boom capable of stacking 5 containers high. Must have a capacity of 45 tons or more. 2. Integrated spreader attachment with 20ft to 40ft spreading capabilities from the cab. Spreader attachment must have side shift, be 360 degree rotator capable, pendular floating twist locks with power pile slope and container guides for alignment and welded lift points 10 ton or greater. 3. 360hp turbo charged diesel engine or greater. 4. Load Moment Indicator with color display containing an audible and visual alarm. Determines maximum lift capabilities during each stage of the booms height, extension or angle. 5. Electronic twist lock position with LED signal lights and audible tone indicators 6. Unit transmission must be power shift with 4speed auto shift with directional shift lever and have hydraulic wet disc brakes. 7. Power sliding cab with functional controls in the forward position and hand rails for operator entry/exit. 8. Must have air conditioning and heater. 9. Full suspension, air ride, high back, seat with integrated, adjustable arm rest and seatbelt. 10. Must have a wide drive axle with all terrain capable tires with no more than 50% tread wear. 11. Unit must have a 70 amp or higher alternator. Unit must have a halogen, high intensity light package with at least 2 head lights, 2 rear drive lights, 4 flood lights, 2 brake and backup lights, turn and hazard signals, at least 2 work lights on container attachment. 12. Unit must have a literature package to include operator’s manual, service manual and parts manual. 13. Cab must have multifunctional display panel; front, top and rear wiper blades; front and rear window defrost; joy stick controlled container attachment; two rearview, wide angle mirrors; tilt steering console with steering wheel spinner knob; tinted windows. 14. Tight turning radius of 320 inches or less 15. Must have a training seat beside operator’s seat. 16. Unit must be a 2008 year model or newer with no more than 825 hours operating time. Unit must be delivered to the Ft Stewart Container Handling Facility serviced and ready to be put in operation. 17. If used, manufacturer required maintenance and service must have been performed and documented and included in quote.
