Grips Wrapper Bid Request Inquiry (采购产品): Grips Wrapper Bid Request Subject: Professor Grips product wrapper Dear Sirs: Please see quote request below for the manufacture of a paper wrapper designed to encapsulate a bullion shaped, paraffin based wax bar. This product is intended as a "re-occurring sale" distributed globally via our California based manufacturing facility. Our production goal is to produce 10k units a day, 50k per week (target: 200k wrappers per month, delivered once per month). We request incremental pricing of 10k , 25k, 50k, 100k, 200k wrappers. Please see attached PDF file. Wrapper Requirements: * The paper wrapper should be made of 10pt paper, die cut to custom shape, with pre-designated crimped fold lines and perforated tear lines. * The exterior side of the paper to be gloss and printed. The interior side must be able to withstand a paraffin based product; resilient to any seep-through and or discoloration from the wax product. * Product will be wrapped at point of manufacture. Finished package will be a snug fit, but loose enough to accommodate minor manufacturing (1/16”) variances in bar size. With this in mind, the inside surface of the wrapper will be in intermitent contact with the top and sides of the wax bar and in constant contact with the wax bar bottom. The inside finish should be coated (varnish/polymer?) and not stick to the wax bar at any contact point. * The packaging is designed to segmentally tear into thirds. These thirds are designated by pull tabs located along the bottom side of the finished packaging. Perforation or crimping areas to direct, control and facilitate these tears will be required. The fold lines are also to be crimped or creased for ease of wrapping and maintaining the finished bullion shaped sleeve. * Finally, a small (1/4”x1/4”) area centered on the interior side of the pull tab area is designated for a tacky, gummy adhesive (not glue) to secure the finished package tab side. This is so the package can be secured and still allow for easy pull-away of the individual segmental tearing tabs. The 3 adhesive spots should be covered with a single temporary peel away ribbon which will be pulled just prior to final pressing. Adhesive should be thin so that final package flap is as flat as possible as to not create any bumps in the packaging. Please price adhesive aspect separately. Please feel free to contact me directly if any questions or comments. Best Regards, Joseph H.
