Inquiry (采购产品): Quote Request I'd like to get a quote for 2 different shaped neodymium magnets. Initially, we would like samples in lots of ~ 100 each of at least three N grades ranging from N42 to N52. Once we've chosen a magnet strength, we will be ordering ~100,000 of each shape. Both magnets will be overmolded with silicone. Do you have a recommendation for a plating that will bond well with silicone? Otherwise standard nickel plating is fine. Also, the magnets need to withstand temperatures up to ~200 degrees C during the molding process. The product itself will be used in normal room temperature conditions. The first magnet is a standard ring shaped magnet 3/8"OD, 1/8"ID, 1/16" thick. It will be magnetized through the thickness. The second magnet is a custom shape. It's basically a modified block with outside dimensions 6.6 mm x 3.18mm x 1.2mm thick. The modified shape is asymmetric about the thickness. We will need half of the magnets magnetized in one direction through the thickness and half magnetized in the opposite direction. Drawings of both magnets are available upon request.
