Inquiry (采购产品): service To Whom It May Concern, regarding RGA # 10001276G we had a very critical piece of equipment in your shop for WARRENTY. I talked with a Billy Caples in your shipping and receiving dept.on April the 9th and let him know how critical this was and I do admit they had it fixed Monday the 12th but yet it seems that it takes almost 4 days to ship it back to our customer which in all fairness means my customer will not see this equipment until April the 20th. Know if I was aware that your turn around time would take 2 weeks to complete we would have been better off fixing this ourselves. You leave me in a very bad situation and needless to say I am very disappointed in the service we have received.
