Inquiry (采购产品): Polishing & Deburring I am looking to reduce finishing costs as well as achieve more consistent results in finishing the outside surfaces of what we refer to as Mixer Blades. At this point our quantity is only about 50 to 100 parts per blade type. Our objective is to put anywhere between .015 and .030 radius on the sharp corners and polish them to a 20Ra outside surface finish. The type of material these blades are fabricated out of is 316L SST. The blade thickness runs between .06 for the smallest (approx. .75 x .75) and .12 thick for the largest(4.0 X 4.0). All parts are basically flat If possible its preferred that any abrasive used to deburr & polish be made out of a material that FDA approved (Not Animal Products). Silicon carbide would be a approved abrasive. If this sounds like something that you can do please email me. I will then email prints and we can go from there.
