Inquiry (采购产品): High strength hook & loop I need your recommendation as to which Velcro product would be best suited for mounting upholstered cushions to drywall (construction is cement block and firring strips). The "cushions" are the back cushions of a built-in booth (or banquette) in 5 22.5 degree angle sections. The back cushioning will consist of 3 rows (or tiers) of upholstered half-round pads with 1/2" plywood bases, 4" thick foam, & leather. All three rows will be mounted snug, one on top of the other, with the bottom row snug to the top of the seating. All need to be as flush as possible to the wall so that little gap (caused by velcro thickness) is evident. I can counter-sink the thickest side (hook or loop) into the back of the plywood. But other side's thickness, mounted to the wall, cannot be counter-sunk flush into the wall's surface. Lengths of rows, butted tight at each change in angle, will be: center rows at 76", then 2 sets at 56", and 2 "outside" sets of 3 at 36" (not a lot of weight, with top of seats acting as additional support). Top row is mosy susceptible to being mischievously pried from the wall (3 kids in the household). What are your thoughts on a low-profile, high strength, self-adhesive hook and loop? **** Hidden Message ***** Bruce Trigg 7153 Southern Blvd West Palm Beach, FL 33413 USA Company: Trigg's Upholstery Title: owner Phone: 561-683-3862 E-mail: triggsupholstery@bellsouth.net **** Hidden Message ***** triggsupholstery@bellsouth.net
