Inquiry (采购产品): Approprate Location to install zero blast. We have purchased zero Blast blasting cabinate (Zero.BNP22- - 900 dry) in Singapore. Our qyary is as below. Can we install & operate this machine in the boundary of 4 walls, where other workers are working near by? Is there any guide line or ruling / directives from MOM regarding this. Your mail states that -- The exhauster pulls dust laden air thru the reclaimer, pushes it to the dry filter which traps up to 98% of dust particle down to 1 micron. When you state that the filter traps 98 % of the dust particles. Is it that the remaining 2% dust, with particles less than 1 micron will escape out in the atmosphere? By polluting the air ? In such case what other safety measures are required ? Need to have Exhaust with proper ducting? In such case,this may be harmful for other co-workers working in same area,working without mask ? We had a objection from our safety consultant to install & operate this machine in side the 4 walls of the work shop. Do you have any document with the statement , which permits the operation in side the 4 walls of work shop. We will appreciate your immediate response to resolve the safety issue & commissioning of this machine which is long over due. The attached brochure do not indicate any guide line on above.
