Inquiry (采购产品): crystal growth system Dear Sir, We are interested in purchasing a small pulling machine to research fiber crystal growth. The requirements are as following: 1. Temperature: up to 2200oC. 2. Atmosphere: Inert gas to prevent oxidation of the components in the high temperature. The flow rate of the gas should be controlled manually. 3. Crucible size: about 2" OD, 2" high. 4. If induction heating (RF) will be employed, space around the crucible should be allowed for thermal insulation. 5. Pulling rates (stable): up to 100 cm/hr. 6. Higher rates (stabilization not required) for dipping and disconnecting. 7. Pulling length: 100 cm is desired. If this requirement is problematic, please, indicate the maximum possible. 8. 3 observation windows aimed at the top of the crucible. 2 windows in 90o from each other should be suitable for microscopes mounting. Preferably, the system will be supplied with the microscopes. – if so, one of the microscopes should be provided with a standard CCD for monitoring. The windows should be provided with gas flushing to keep them clean during the operation. 9. Changing of the crucible height should be possible while in the high temperature. 10. Water cooled walls. 11. Not Needed: Weighing of the crystal (as for diameter control). Diameter control via crystal or crucible weighing. Rotation of the crucible. 12. It is desired to control the crucible temperature by measurement of its temperature. 13. Manual X-Y micromanipulation (movement) and rotation of the seed while dipping, is an advantage.
