Inquiry (采购产品): Brass Castings Gentlemen, I have a machine shop, making prototypes and engineering drawings. My problem is that I was approached by a man that owns Adirondack Boats that he needs brass sockets for oars. Why am I asking you about this? I thought that I would like to have the sockets cast out of brass and avoid all the machining. He is willing to pay whatever it costs to make 6 of the parts. Maybe I should just machine them out of bar stock. It's getting spring out and he would like to get these done before too late in summer. This is just an alternate way of doing the job. If you think it would be better to make the parts out of bar stock, then please advise. I've had experience making patterns so I could do that. Anyway, please tell me what you think.
