Inquiry (采购产品): construction of downs cell for sodium production Respected sir, We want to construct a downs cell for electrolysis of sodium chloride and calcium chloride mixture for producing sodium. The cell construction material is steel, anode is Graphite,cathode is steel and the electrolyte is mixture of sodium chloride and calcium chloride. We want to cement the steel shell (refractory lining) to prevent it from chloride atmosphere.Cell service temperature is 600 deg.C Hence we request you to send us the compatible refractory material specification and graphite coating specification to prevent it from chloride attack.
