Crane Testing Inquiry (采购产品): Crane Testing Hi, We are getting ready to have our cranes inspected this year and would like you to provide a quote. What we are inspecting.... 2 ea - Overhead cranes (up to 5 ton) 2 ea - A-Frame Hoists 5 ea - Jib / Hoists 2 ea - pallet lifts 5 ea - 1 ton hoists Testing will be done on a weekday, during a mutally agreed upon time. Annual inspections must include following eight major components of crane: bridge, control panels, control station cab or push button, main hoist, auxiliary hoist, trolley, runways and miscellaneous items. On hoists: structural support system, main hoist and operational. At a minimum the following electrical items are checked: contactors, cable connections, condition of all panels, reels, festoon system, collectors alignment and wear, loose and frayed wires, conductor condition and alignment, pendant stations, pendant cables, cab controls, disconnects, motors upper and lower limit switches and general operation. Electrical components are checked for pitting, corrosion, wiring, condition of insulation and loose terminals. Nondestructive technicians are certified in accordance with SNT-TC-1A, 1996 and latest edition.
