Inquiry (采购产品): Quote Request-Oil fired Boiler Dear Sir, This is from Ananda Shipyard and Shipways Ltd. Bangladesh. Our urgent requirement a oil fired boiler for our 6100 DWT shipbuilding project. Technical data for the oil fired boiler is as follows: i) No. of units = 1 ii) Thermal heating capacity = About 500 KW iii) Heat medium = Thermo oil iv)Outlet temperature = 180 degC v) Burner = Pressure atomizing gun type vi) Fuel oil = MGO ISO-F-DMC(14 cSt at 40 degC) or IFO 380 (380 cSt Please keep attention as follows: The oil fired thermo oil boiler plant will be provided for heating of superstructure, accommodation and wheelhouse via heat exchangers installed in the air-condition plant. Furthermore, the boiler will be provided for HFO tank heating and heating for several other consumers in engine room in primary system. An additional secondary hot water heating system for A/C unit and other smaller heater will be foreseen also. The capacity of the boiler will be according to the maximum heat requirement during sea and harbor condition at least ambient temperature. Boiler water temperature will be around 180 degC at boiler outlet and circulation will be effected by means of centrifugal circulation pumps. The boiler water system will be of closed type with an expansion vessel fitted at the highest point of thermo oil circulation system. The boiler is fitted with an automatic burner cable of burning either marine diesel oil(DMC) and/or HFO IFO 380. Control and safety devices will be provided according to class regulation and to enable fully automatic service. Can you provide us a quotation by considering as our technical requirements.
