Inquiry (采购产品): beads manufacturing I need a quote on making wooden rectangular beads with the dimensions 18mm length, 9mm width, 4mm depth with two 2mm bead holes 10mm apart. I need the beads smooth and slightly rounded on the edges. I need one type of bead to be a light colored wood, one to be a medium color brown and the last to be a dark color brown. Using a stain for the coloring is fine, but it can’t rub off on skin. I can't be positive about the number of beads yet. I am hoping to create 100,000 bracelets a year which would be about 400000 beads each stain. I also need a quote on 6mm spherical beads of the same stains with one bead hole of the same size as the rectangle bead. I might need as many as 800000 of each stain for those beads. If you are able to place a sticker of my design on the bead and put a clear finish over the sticker part of the bead I also need a separate quote for that. There will be 12 different stickers all of them made from photgraphs so I need them to have the same detail only much smaller. The sticker will be oval 15mm by 7mm. I cannot send the pictures yet because I am in the process of acquiring a patent. I can't order all one million beads at the same time so I would have to order as I go, but I do predict this product to be a big sell. If you are capable of finishing the bracelets with black stretchable, but durable cord I need a quote for that as well. The more you are capable of doing the better.
