Inquiry (采购产品): Service I was in your store yesterday around 11 AM. For the first time ever I was unable to find what I needed. (Suitcoat) More importantly, while I was in the store there was 3 sales people in the cash register area that I had to come and ask for help. That was unheard of in your store not that long ago. Even then, nobody left the cashier area to help me. I am also involved in customer service and would want to know this information. All the clerks were polite and cordial when approached but the service there was second to none at one time. If you ask for help people would go way out of their way to make sure you had what you needed and found everything alright.
