Please let me to explain about our company: Persian cutting industry co is an engineering, technical and commercial company. It is 10 years that we work in this base and support many factories in Iran. We supply many tools like carbide cutting tools, broach, measurement tools and etc. We work in automotive industry, aero plane industry, and some machine parts production, for the defense industry and etc. we work with many great factory in Iran and support their tools. We have a kind cooperation with more of them. We have 8 technical men that they visit factories and support technical problems of customers. We separate Iran to six parts and allocate per parts to one of technical men. All of them have a higher education and experience in agent of famous brand of world like a Sandvik, Guhring, Seco, Ceratizit, Bohlerit, Helios and etc. We don't work like wholesaler, we work expert with customers. We help to them for select best tool. After select tools, we offer price to them from our suppliers. We convince to them for do purchase. If we cannot convince customers to do purchase, we will inform suppliers that customers for what reason don't purchase. We will try that solves any problems. At time of testing tools by customers, we will present there and lead customers for used correct from tools. Unfortunately some of suppliers give their agency to persons that don't have experience in this field and even though their tools have a good quality, their brand doesn't good name in Iran.
