Inquiry (采购产品): Promotional Items Greetings, My name is Brent Jackson. I am the defacto President of the Washington Neighborhood Association. We are a new Neighborhood Association that will be having its first neighborhood wide meeting on February 21st, 2009. The boundaries of the new Neighborhood Association are Covert, Washington, Weinbach, and HWY 41. According to the U.S. Census data, there are over 2200 people living in our neighborhood. We are currently pursuing a facility to host this first ever meeting; we have a few possibles, but have not decided on anything as of yet. An announcement and invitation is going to be delivered to over 1004 homes and businesses on February 7th to attend this first ever meeting. We are expecting between 100-200 people to attend. We are looking for door prizes to give away for those who do show at this first meeting. Door prizes will help boost our door count numbers and ultimately get more people involved in the community. I have a few donors that have given a mish-mosh of left over items from past promotional events. This seems to work out great for us and them both; as they are able to get rid of some old event items and we are able to offer multiple random door prizes. We will be electing our official President soon after this first meeting. I may or may not be it. J My question is: Do you have any promotional items that can be donated for this community event? Other things you might be interested in knowing: We will be doing a Press Release to all local media organizations about this event. We are inviting Mayor Jonathan Weinzapfel to provide an opening statement. We are quickly building a website for our organization: http://washingtonna.org Should be completed by the first meeting date. There will be a power point presentation presented at this meeting with educational and multimedia material being presented. Other neighboring associations President-elects are personally being invited to attend to show support.
