Teledyne AN8 inline one way flow fluid air valve Information about this item Made by Teledyne Manufacturing out of Cleveland Ohio. Not sure if they're still around. This is a brand new very precision "One Way Flow" aluminum valve assembly made to restrict fluid or air flow backwards. Model number stamped on it is 484-8D2-2. The free flow side (inlet) is the large 3/8" pipe thread and the outlet end is #8AN male. As you can see in the photos, the needle is stainless steel and seals with an O-Ring to a hard natural anodized aluminum seat. Guessing the spring pressure is 4-6 pounds. Hundreds of uses for this valve like safety or fuel injection systems on a race or serious street car. Main body is about 2-1/8" length and 1-1/4 diameter. All The best, Delfin R.
