Inquiry (采购产品): a lot of problems with my orders at the WBshop AS WBShop names you as responsible address for exchanges/returns please help me! For christmas we made two orders at the WBshop and both times everything went wrong with it! The first order (7389588, cornelia.schroeer@gmx.de) I received on the 4.12. contained a wrong packed item and the enclosed bill was not correctly done (you declared the 35.01$ for shirts, but you left out the 23.95$ I paid you for package and shippment to Germany, so the tax office estimated a total value of 88$), so I had to pay more than double of the normal taxes (about 30$!). Your second order (7516484, gernot.schroeer@gmx.de) arrived today I couldn’t believe that again you send me the same wrong packed item! Unbelievable! And again I had to pay more than double of the normal taxes (about 33$!) because you didn’t enclose a correct bill! I would like to ask you for two things now: ? Because my godchild profoundly wishes to have the Harry Potter Dumbledore’s Army Ladies T-Shirt (Size M) for christmas, but for two times you sent the wrong item (!!!!!) (which was a children sized M shirt) I beg you to send the correct sized shirt again as soon as possible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Whatever, I’ll keep the two wrong packed shirts I already paid for (If I send them back you won't be able to send me exchanged item before christmas). ? For the German tax office I need an correct bill for both orders no. 7389588 and no. 7516484 (this way I they may pay me half of the costs back). Please send these bills seperatly by letter or fax, not with the DA-shirt!! (because of the German tax office). Please answer as soon as possible.
