Reduced internal recuts by 75+% and customer return rates to 5 units per 1,000, through introduction of quality program that shifted plant from inspection-only to Lean Six Sigma model. ? Directed rebuild of tempering furnace and trained team in updated software system. ? Created Production Initiative using Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints (TOC). Authored SOPs and implemented for certification with IGCC, SGCC, Guardian ShowerGuard, and UL listing for Pyran family of fire related products.
