Primary pollutants to be removed are plasticizers DOP and DINP. 90% removal efficiciency is required. Exhaust gases are pretreated in two ways - air atomized water spray to lower the temperature from 320 degrees to 150 degrees and then air mixing to lower the temperature to 120 degrees F. Quotes are requested only for the electrostatic precipitator equipment, exclusive of delivery. Quote must include a performance guarantee of 90% removal of the plasticizers based upon inlet and outlet source testing to be performed by the buyer.
