Inquiry (采购产品): Quote Request greetings. We are developing a swimming pool / hot tub heating mechanism. We need to regulate the temperature of the water. The system uses a demand-based water pump to push cold water (from hot tub drain) through a tankless hot water heater. We must stop the water flow when the intake water temperature reaches a user-determined temperature (approx. 102deg F). This can be done mechanically or electrically. Mechanical - stop water flow via temperature-controlled water safety-valve. Electrical - kill power to water pump when temperature sensor triggers shut-off switch. Please let me know if you can supply either of these options, and what the cost would be. The water pipe is 1/2" CPVC. The water pump is available to our customers in either 12V DC, or 115V AC, so the switch would need to be versatile (or 2 switches for either option). We would like to purchase a couple copies to finalize our prototypes before ordering in larger quantities. This system is designed to be a low-cost add-on heater, so the parts must also be low-cost.
