Inquiry (采购产品): reactor/digester To Whom It May Concern, I am attempting to digest a polyester polymer to its monomeric form. We currently do this using a Parr digester (2 liter capacity) by adding ~250g of the polyester + 1200ml water as a slurry to the reactor. The reactor is pressurized to 50-150 psi and then I heat to 150oC for 25 hours. During heating the pressure will rise about 100 psi over the initial pressurization. After 25 hours the heating is stopped, the reactor is vented and the digester cooled by running water through a serpentine coil within the reactor to bring the temperature down to 60oC at which time the crude digest is worked up. The reactor is 316 stainless steel. We would like to scale up our process. Can your company make a digester with approximately a 50 liter volume?
