Inquiry (采购产品): Advise on a faulty unit Good day I am contacting you from St Helier vet hospital in South Africa. We purchased one of your machines ( Microtemp LT bought locally through Surgical Systems in Cape Town) a year ago and recently had a few problems. The machine intermittently shut down after an audible alarm signal(THE TRIANGLE/PLUG ALERT INDICATOR also lit up) . After half an hour or so it would work again so we weren't too peturbed. However,More recently the machine has stopped working altogether and cannot be switch on. I have checked the fuses at the back of the unit and they appear to be in working order.
