Inquiry (采购产品): Prototyping My name is James Sabatino; I am an engineer from a company out of Littleton, MA called Diamond Roltran. We are a manufacturer of rotary joints and roll rings. I had called last week but was unable to speak with anyone directly. I would like to set up a time to discuss making a molded prototype of one of our current designs. If successful, we would then be moving the production of this unit entirely to the molded design. The unit is essentially a pancake stack of brass rings that we would machine after molding. We have tried using a transfer mold but we encountered issues with voids and mold fill. My understanding is that a compression mold would be a better way to go, but we can discuss the details at a later date. Please feel free to contact me at any time.
